Mas de Sant Lleí is a private estate with more than forty hectares of land that houses a magnificent stately home dating back to the twelfth century, set against a backdrop of 30,000 m2 of beautiful gardens with breathtaking views. The estate has rooms with capacities ranging from 8 to 640 people. Located just 15 minutes from Barcelona, in the town of Vilanova del Vallès, between Alella and Granollers.

All just 15 minutes from Barcelona, in the town of Vilanova del Vallès, between Alella and Granollers.

The property is split into two completely separate areas, the historic farmhouse and newly built banquet halls, keeping a symbiosis with the environment and the historic farmhouse. The banquet halls are split into two areas: the Sant Esteve area, which takes its name from the patron saint of Vilanova, and the Santa Yusta area, which owes its name to a spring on the estate dating back to the sixteenth century. Each area has its own gardens, terraces for serving welcome drinks, banquet hall, cloakroom, lounge area and a private room and restroom.
Mas de Sant Lleí was designed around the idea of ensuring the highest quality in every service it offers. And this is what we are known for more than fourteen years after we began. The story goes that...

...the house is named after the French bishop Saint Lycerius ("Sant Lleí" in Catalan), a knight who fought with the armies of the descendants of Charlemagne. In payment for his deeds, he was rewarded with these lands, which were named after him. The first written records of the house date back to the Middle Ages, to the year 1129, when Rolando of Sant Lleí and his family donated part of the land to the Abbot of Sant Cugat. Years later, the house and the Castle of La Roca would belong to Berenguer de Sant Lleí, before passing into the hands of the Marqués family, dignitaries of the Crown of Aragon, who ruled the house, its land and the castle for more than a century. At that time, the house had a small chapel attached, which was demolished in 1450 when its rooms were annexed to the communal part of the house. In the Napoleonic Wars, the Mas was a fortress, where the noble families of the region sought protection from the Napoleonic armies. Over the centuries, the house and its land have passed into the hands of numerous lords through legacies, donations, and sales, before being converted into a farmhouse whose land was used for crops and tillage. In 1887, its owners, the Counts of Reus, converted part of the farmhouse into a stately home with exquisite taste, respecting part of the traditional farmhouse structure. Mas de Sant Lleí was declared a farmhouse of cultural interest on 11 October 1994 by the Generalitat de Catalunya.

The layout of the property is perfect for any celebration, from small family gatherings, such as baptisms, first communions, birthday parties, anniversaries, to large weddings and important events. We also have an ample parking area for cars and coaches.

Mas de Sant Lleí has 4 rooms with capacities ranging from 8 to 640 people. Inside the manor, there are rooms for events requiring less capacity: meetings, business lunches or training and motivation workshops for up to 40 people.

In a building adjoining the manor house, we have two rooms with more capacity. Both rooms are completely open, with no columns and a 6-metre-high ceiling, and are perfect for a wide variety of events such as business conventions, gala dinners or work lunches, meetings, product presentations, training courses or award ceremonies.
